I ordered auto spare parts from Waterfallkk.com on June 23, 2021.
They only provided [email protected] to contact.
I had contacted them to that e-mail but no response at, and no information at all about delivery of ordered items.
The person received the money from PayPal is: [email protected] according to PayPal invoice

I ordered a $72 payment for an electric lawnmower clutch on April 30, 2021. I have received nothing. There is no contact info and no confirmation of anything. ordered or shipped. Do not buy anything from this site - if it still exists. This site is a scam.

I placed an order on May 24th, 2021. I did not get any type of confirmation. I tried emailing the address provided on my paypal receipt, [email protected] and have not rec'd a response. The website provided no other contact information. I am going to try and dispute it thru my credit card. Fingers crossed. What a [censored]ty company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

I made a purchase on May 2, 2021. I did not receive email confirmation from the website which made me suspicious. Purchase was made with PayPal. Upon reviewing their info, it seems I paid an individual (Latasha Wright) not a website. I attempted to contact the websites support team, but the only contact info was an email. When I attempted email, I got a error saying to enter a valid address. Through PayPal, an alternate address ([email protected]) was given for Latasha Wright and I emailed, but have not received a response. Also, reviewing the website, there’s not an option to cancel an order. Any issues are to be directed to them by email. I went through PayPals resolution center without success. In one last attempt to contact seller, I went back to the website and a different email address was listed on the "Contact Us" page ([email protected]). I emailed and have not received a response.
