Purchased items from TPUSAOfficialShop.com via a Facebook ad thinking it was the actual Turning Point USA website. Never received the items. Stayed in contact with their customer service at [email protected] who kept saying merchandise was coming. 3 months later they said they would refund the money, which they never have. Now they are saying they refunded it, which they haven't. The order total was supposed to be $93.47 but they charged $102.82 to my credit card.
