I purchased a gift for my autistic son on Walmart.com, through this company, and never received my item. After not receiving my item, I went to their seller page on Walmart.com and noticed a lot of 1 star reviews with the same issue I had. Order says delivered and it was never received. I worked for USPS previously so I went and talked to the Postmaster. He showed me a paper that showed the tracking number I was given was a tracking number for a different person and different address. So I confronted the company (via email) and their response was “Thank you for your email. The item you purchased ships directly from the manufacturer warehouse. Due to system glitches incorrect tracking number was updated , however , We checked from carrier and got confirmation that the package is out in dispatch and we will confirm the tracking details on a separate note soon, Your package will be delivered by 21st Nov 2021 (End of day), Thank you for your patience and understanding.” Which I knew was a lie because no tracking number is alike. Them starting that their was a system glitch, is very highly suspicious. It is, now, a month later and I have not received further correspondence nor my order and I have reached out numerous times. I will attach the email they sent me. Walmart did, eventually, refund my money. But this company is still pretending to sell items through Walmart.com and there are now new purchases and new reviews with the same horror I’ve experienced with them.
