The scammer is the administrator for a Facebook group called Australian Shepherds Up for Adoption, a private group you have to be accepted to with 37,000 members. The admin's online name is Azah Vivian. She posts pictures of Aussies available for adoption and has posts about general dog care. She also has posts of people that have allegedly purchased from her and are super happy. She asks that you message her if you are interested in adoption where she attempts to vet you as a viable pet owner. Then she asks for payment via Zelle to the owner, payment to someone else for shipping, and finally payment for a special crate for shipment that she claims is refundable. Unfortunately I didn't realize it was a scam until I had sent $550 to alleged owner and $350 to someone else for shipping. She called me via audio calls through Facebook asking for more money for the shipping container and claimed to be at the airport with my new dog.
