The scammer used Facebook to offer products. My tracking number: is AS838178337CN. The product has not been delivered. I reached out several times trying to locate my pacages; with no response. Is there some recourse here for me to take? Scammed or not, I am reaching out to make a record of this transaction.

I ordered 2 purses from TVC (order number SZMD3300) and when shipped the shipping information came from track718 (TRACKING NUMBER BLGJ0000204539YQ). It does not tell you which courier they are using. It says my package was delivered to Philadelphia, PA. I live in Pittsburgh, Pa. I contacted TVC and they are telling me to contact courier in which I do not know that information. I have emailed Track718 several times with no avail. TVC email is [email protected]. Track718 email is [email protected]
