While you will only receive updates when another user walks by your missing item, there are no monthly fees and our device is extremely small so you can track anything. If you have something that goes missing (like a pet), then activate your search party for your missing item by inviting friends to just download the TrackR app (they don't need to have a device to participate in the Crowd GPS network).
