The scammers sent an email about a chance to enter a sweepstakes to win a backpack cooler read the terms conditions did not realize I was signing up for a monthly subscription service. Called to cancel service and see about getting a refund for the initial purchase eight days ago. Even though it was not listed in the terms and conditions, they proceeded to tell me I only had a three day period to cancel when that is not listed anywhere in the terms and conditions.
