I was searching for a Cavapoo puppy on line. Received an email from Tracy/Stacy Stanton, with pics of puppies and many details. Arranged to pick a puppy up at their "home" in prescott Arizona after talking with her "husband" Jorge Nicholas over the phone and asking more questions to avoid a scam. He asked for a 200 deposit which was the norm and seemed like a reasonable request. I gave him the deposit through Cash App. The next day I text him asking the size of puppy for a collar etc. No response. I emailed Tracy the same no response. Later I emailed and text saying I was getting concerned not hearing back and was feeling as though I had been scammed out $200 despite how careful I thought I was. Still no response. I then emailed and text that clearly this was a scam at this point and driving 2.5 hours on new years eve day to go to address that probably wasn't even theres wasn't really in the cards. I then requested a refund on cash app, just to see what would happen and it was declined. People like this are awful and need to be stopped. Get a frickin job and stop taking other people's hard earned money!!!
