Originally from Suncor. Registered via a website, got a call from a person asking few question about my investment objective and what is my financial situation. After taking all the info, I was assigned to a specialist trader for forex. The person pretend to be Martin Jordan and had shared his trading credential which looked all legit. Paperwork looks to be Texas based but he claimed to leave in New-York but the phone number he use to call me was are code 613 which is Ontario based. After daily call, everything seem real and I had to incur a first loan of $15k CAD to start the investment. Then a day or two later he was indicating some scenarios that I can potentially payback the loan within a month and also pay my mortgage within 2 yrs and also indicate that to be able to do so was to invest in bitcoin which willl required more investment and timing is great as he indicates that bitcoin will drop and it is the right opportunity to invest but will require more funds and he indicate about $75k. I mention that it is impossible in my end and that I do not have that money. He indicates that I still have time to request another loan. The first loan was with fairstone and he said that I can try with easy financial. I went ahead and incur $13k from easy financial and an extra $10k again from fairstone which makes $38k of loan. He said with that amount it is good enough to invest for bitcoin. In the platform which now I believe it is fake and a mirror of his back end trading. I can see a gain of $61k usd. He mentioned that we can now withdraw $50CAD to repay the loan and the delta for my personal needs and that I still have a remaining of $30k usd to continue investing. We had daily call doing the trading until the day of the withdrawal. He said that I should see the withdrawal in my account. Since that last call regarding the withdrawal, I did not received email about our daily call which tipycally around 12pm EST. It was silent radio. I kept emailing and try calling as well. The phone number bring me directly to music. It is after 3 days of no answer that I felt very nervous about the situation and also realized that I got screwed big time. I can say that this was professionally orchestrated. I was already in very bad situation financially and can’t believe I was able to get $38k in loan that I am stock with.
