I was called by a representative of "Trade Financial Corporation", a woman named Peggy, who asked if I had a timeshare. She said that her firm was representing people who were promised increase in value for their timeshare, that they would be able to resell or give back easily if they didn't want it anymore, who were also subjected to high pressure, misleading sales tactics. She also asked me if I was aware that the resort that we had a timeshare with was renting out units for below the price of the maintenance fees we are being charged. She said that there were 2 presentations coming up in my area and asked which date I wanted to choose. I asked her for her company's name (spelled out), their phone number, and address. She didn't have an address to give me. If I was suspicious before, I was even more so after she couldn't even tell me the address. I looked up under ScamPulse.com the business name "Trade Financial Corporation" in Dallas, and there was no such business listed. Beware!! If something looks too good to be true, it probably is.
