Don't ever buy from them, I've been waiting for my product for more than 80 days now.
If you try to reach out all you're getting is an automated message that doesn't help you in any way. even they DO NOT REFUND !

They've been purposefully avoiding my complaints, I feel I just got scammed.

i will keep continue writing these types of revews to other pages as well to stop people buy from them.

I purchase game system called xbox series x for about $579.00 but after taxes it came up to six hundred & some change. Anyway I purchased the game on January 11, 2021 now it's april 8, 2021 for two months I've been inquiring about my order, & all they did was give me excuses. On their website there's no way to ask for a refund. They'll keep telling you to log into your account in which I already did but it sends you back to the Maine page, if you try to leave a review on their wall the site won't let you do that. Sometimes you'll see the xbox game for sell & sometimes it disappears. I just want my money that's all.

I ordered a rehband back brace belt and paid $85 by crédit card. When the item did not arrive after 2 weeks from purchase order, I contacted tradeinn retail services via the website contact. I received an automated response, but never my item nor explanation of what happened nor a refund. It has now been over a month and I still have nothing.

I ordered a pair of special track and field pole vault shoes for my son and and they did not arrive. I received an email saying they were late and could be tracked. No tracking numbers worked and no phone numbers worked. I had to cancel my credit card and now my son will not have the shoes for his competition.
