They offered to help me file a patent for my product and they kept asking for money for things that they never delivered. When I checked with a real attorney, they told me that none of the things they said they had done was actually done.

I paid 1200$ for a trademark which i did get but it was not valid i believe.
I asked for weeks about an invoice and it was bogus made up. I continually get phonecalls from them.
I disputed the charges after 2 months of no reciept or trademark. My bank said they had my ip address showed i paid for a website thru flux agency which is completely a lie. They spoofed my Ip address which i didnt Even know you could do. I got my money back and now they wont stop bugging me. I believe its all the same group of indians or pakis. God have mercy on them for their lies, they will have judgment one day. Officer was mike or something

Please do not give any banking information to anyone from Trademark Gen or do business with this fake company. It is fraudulent 100%. I paid $1,000 to register 2 logos but they took my money, sent me and email indicating that I would get a refund then send a fake invoice to my bank stating they did work on my behalf. I then start receiving phone calls from various people of Indian or Asian descent stating they were the case manager, they had numerous people waiting for refund and thank you for being patient. They will sound very nice and mention God while taking your money. Please be very careful. They also deal with a company artwiz.com and a person by the name John Adams. Be very careful, pass to word and happy holidays.

Greetings,

I sincerely hope this email finds you well. Brittany I've been attempting to get in touch with you for a long. Please read the attached legal document carefully because if you don't, we'll have to follow legal procedures. We have received a legal document from the government asking us to explain the filing that we went ahead and assigned to your business name.

Sincerely,

Joseph Lee,

Sr. Case Filing Officer (Patent & Trademark Registration)

Luckily I only lost $39

Another trademarkgen scammer I will be copying and pasting the messages:

Hi,
Hope you are doing well. We have received an application to register the trademark for the same business name as yours. Upon searching the business name in our database (LLC) , your information popped up. Therefore, as our Company's policy for this coincidence, we are giving you the benefit to choose, as your application was received prior to any other application for the same trademark. Kindly let us know whether you'd like to register the trademark or not, as we need to respond to the other applicant as well. The other applicant is all ready to initiate the process, but I need your final words before we proceed with their application.
To ensure the smooth processing of your application, we kindly request that you provide all required information and documents in a timely manner. Please note that failure to provide the required information may result in delays or rejection of your application.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us or provide us with the best number and time for the legal team to reach out to you.
Sincerely,
Zoe Wilson

Thankfully, I did not fall victim to this scam. This company contacted me originally in an email stateing another company has just registered for a trademark of a trademark I had. I had let my renewal lapse a few years ago and had recently inquired about how to re-register it. After a few weeks, the scam email arrived from this company.
The red flags: First, they claimed another company registered for the same trademark and they wanted as a curtesy to give me a chance to reclaim it. They then proceeded to tell me that this whole process would take about 24 hours and I would again have my trademark protected and registered with the USTPO. Funny thing, the USTPO site claims it will be a minimum of 18 months to even look at an application!
The icing on the cake - I needed to act within 24 hours or they will have to go ahead with this other application and award them with the trademark. If I didn't send forms and payment within that timeframe, I would lose it.
Advice - You can file without a third party on the USTPO website. I did it 15 years ago and should have realized and remembered this.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

I paid for several transactions to own the name that I wanted trademarked.
I was taken advantage of by paying for scam attestation and there is no such category in the trademark that I was supposed to own. I have email and also text messages from this number and it is someone else's cell number a woman that is used each time messaged by this person.
they also wanted to continue adding lump sums of more money for me to pay again. These people have become diabolical in any means necessary to attain money from an individual even went through my credit and debit cards without my permission.
