I was convinced to invest with them which I did. I was able to deposit a substantial amount of money and when it was time to withdraw my funds it was all hell ,from one tax issue to another. I was introduced to recovcapital.com They helped me recover all my lost fund

A "company" called Trademark Omega has been emailing executives from businesses all around America. They send more or less the same mail every time, a redacted sample of which is attached here. Someone calling themselves "Andrew Schauer" (but who is decidedly *not* **) is sending these emails (from [email protected] or [email protected]) and answering the phone number contained in his email signature (213-444-2049). The emails are not totally clear, but they seem to be threatening to find someone to trademark these businesses' names so they can turn around sue the original business. (In other emails I've seen, "Andrew" claims elsewhere that "Trademark infringement lawsuits can cost on average anywhere between $120,000 to $750,000", ostensibly hinting at the kind of numbers he hopes to "settle" at).

I have alerted the FTC and FBI, and hopefully action will be taken soon to dismantle this fraudster's operation. Until then, I just wanted to warn as many people as possible not to fall for this scam. The real Andrew Schauer **** is only affiliated with ******* *** ***** *** (and formerly the *** ****** ** ****** *******), and I will continue to do what I can to stop this conman.
