My name is *** *** and I'm a tradeshow manager for Reef-A-Palooza in Orlando and New York. We have over 200 exhibitors between both shows, but our Orlando show exhibitors have been getting hit hard by a company calling our exhibitors three to four times a day to try to undercut the hotel rate we have with the show's hotel. We have been told they are even saying they work for us, with us, and that they need to call back right away about a problem with their booth. This is the initial email (see below) I received from an exhibitor, *** ***, back on 12/15/16. Since then we've heard from dozens of our exhibitors saying they have been getting harassed by this company.

Just wanted you guys to see this in case you need to warn everyone if this is a scam. I have received a couple of calls today from this company. First number this morning was 657-777-4265, second call this afternoon from 888-511-3437. They sent me a link claiming that my group rate for Caribe Royale would be lowered to $142 if I filled out this form. See link below where is says "To review and sign the document, follow this link below:
