I wired nearly $40,000.00 to his partner's account; *** *** of PDM Systems.
The truth is he did NOT own the stock, he used my money for other product that he in turn sold to someone else. I never received my money. I never received any stock. I was given excuses for nearly 3 weeks that he was shipping to goods. Excuse after excuse, week after week; nothing shipped.
I requested my money be returned, but was told he did not have it but made promises of returning it. As of this day, Feb. 2, 2019; *** *** has not returned or attempted to return one dime and he not has gone into hiding.
I have a business associate who has the same claim against *** *** for $18,000.00
