I bought 2 pairs of what I thought were Chanel Cruise Sneaker off the website Tradesy. When the shoes arrived it was obvious the shoes were counterfeit as soon as I opened the box. Not only was the logo Imprint messed up on both accessories in each of the boxes but the 2 interlocking CC’S on each shoe were cheap charm stickers one pair the seller left the sticker backing inside the shoes. The inner stitching pattern lining was a mess and multicolored / patterned. Tradesy was inconsistent with following up with me inside the time frame window allocated for returns.they did finally respond after treating them They’re real authenticity team not only sent me on a wild juice goose chase To find a “Chanel authenticator “a position in one of their customer service team members made up That’s the only person who could sign off on Chanel sneakers being inauthentic Comparing the Chanel sales associates With the Tradesy EmployeesOn authenticating Chanel items. I sent the items back to have them re-authenticated I also spoke to a Chanel advisor who described their sneakers to me Since Chanel will not authenticate items nor get involved but they couldn’t tell me this all Chanel sneakers have the same consistent inner lining Stitching pattern One thread color.I have since had to get my American Express Involved we are disputing the charge I’m sure that their investigations team will not have to get involved as well Since the sneakers are high dollar items I do not want anything to do with this company they also encourage people who receive inauthentic itemsYou resell them on their site to other people in exchange tradesey Do not make any commission Which will be their 20% of the items you want to resell counterfeit items on their site.
Their business practices are not only illegal but their customer service team has no regard for it for their customers especially when purchasing high dollar items Their way of helping me was To be sarcastic And leading me on a wild goose chases And order to return $1300 worth of shoes that were not real and still after returning them claimed them as being authentic which they are not.Everything from the Chanel box to the cards to the accessories to the shoes to the cc’s Even the part that was supposed to be suede Was what felt like cardboard with felt on top of it. I even paid it’s up for company to have them authenticate the one pair of shoesEven they claimed them as being Counterfeit items.
That’s on being sent at the same time I knew better than to buy a Chanel from any place other than the Chanel store. That was my first and will be my last Purchase of this website they are not qualified to handle any kind of customer service situations nor are they qualified to authenticate items unless Of course they were bought from the dollar store or from target.
