On 10/16/2024 I ordered 2 cases of the Trafficmaster By Ardenmore Tile Flooring Vinyl Oak. I never received the shipping information and when I emailed them to cancel my order the email came back undelivered, that's when I realized the possibility of this being a fake website. They charged my account $93.72 plus $.94 international fee. My bank states they tried to charge my account other charges but I cancelled my debit card on time. There is no phone number to contact them so I sent them a "Contact Us" request on their website and have never received a response. The bank processed an investigation and unfortunately there is nothing they can do about me not received the merchandise. I want to know if there is anything I can do to receive my money back and would also like this reported so that others don't go through what I'm going through.
