I was hired to this company as an Administrative Agent. I worked for them doing different things which they considered training and sent in different reports. I have messages save to my phone as well that I took pictures of. I wish I took pictures of everything yet I have a lot that is saved. I want something to be done about this. These people need to be investigated, found and something needs to be done so they cannot do this again to anyone else. I will not stop till these people are found, till this is known worldwide, so that the individuals affected by this get reimbursed in some way. This is not right so I am submitting this report here and also submitting reports other places/ websites as well. Letting people know about this bad people who are getting away with this and doing this for different reaspns. It is not right. I worked hard and wasted my time thinking I was working for my next check that I truly needed. I also want to state that in this particular situation two people were affected because my Parnter let me use his bank account since I couldn't use one of my direct deposit accounts. He was being supportive of me, which I am very thankful for. Now that has been added stress cause they might have to get a new bank account. The stress of not knowing what these people are up to or why is essential to figure out. This scam is sad and low. I hope to hear back from someone through the Better Business Bureau about this situation that has become a problem in different places to good people.

They been try to follow up on my application. Already spoke with Lee Wade.
Should we do a scambaiter with them?

So I have received the same email today 3 times from Mr. Lee Wade as well as the same email on Saturday. So I responded today, and I'm awaiting a response. I've posted a pic of the exact email and covered me name with Me! And covered my face in my profile. Immediately I felt like this was a scam. I'm interested to see what his response is, if he even responds. Because I haven't applied with a company even remotely close to the name of the one he is trying to represent.
Received this email 3 times today

Traffic Media Hong Kong collects its victims by posting a work-from-home position on Indeed. They claim they are a Hong Kong based company, but the address listed on the website is another digital marketing company. Their end game is to gather bank account info, and have each person open a business checking account, in the unsuspecting “employee’s own name, using their own personal info, to do so. The promise is a great base pay, for 4 hrs work each day, plus bonuses for processing customers’ payments through the business account they just opened. The reality is no payment from Traffic Media Hong Kong, ever. But, it will cost the new hire money to open this business account, which TMHK intends to use for money laundering. This is a long-running scam, with no end in sight.

After finding me on the job search site, indeed(dot)com, the scammer contacted me with an interesting job offer. Work from home position as an administrative agent. There were reviews that listed traffic media as a nice company to work for. After submitting the application. They call for a phone interview. After that comes the onboarding and signing of documents that explain your job role in more detail. They ask for a photo of you and your license. The first work day is the most traveled. You are given an assignment to find more than several bitcoin atms near your location. During one assignment, you are told that you will be processing payments for customers. You are told to create an account and that you will receive a payment to withdraw. You receive your first 5% commission payment as explained on your contract and then you’re asked to send the rest to a bitcoin wallet through one of the researched bitcoin atms. During the rest of the 30 days you will receive no other payment but you are kept busy with marketing, logistics and customer service assignments, videos, and research projects. At the end of the 30 days you are told that the direct deposit was not possible and that you would receive a check instead. The check never arrived. The communication stops just prior.

I am so thankful I decided to check this company online. God, thank you for this website and for all people who decided to write a report about that company. Audre Mathew, HR or traffic media, called me and we had a short interview. She had loud music on the background and I could barely hear her. Voice was unclear.. those scammers are smart, they are afraid to be recognised. Interview questions were ok at first, then she asked me if I had sex and if I am married. That was weird for me! She called me a couple of more times after that because I wasn’t signing the agreement they sent. They offered 2500 for part time job. Eh… i Hope more people see those reports and don’t fall in their trap!

Applied for a work from home job through Indeed. Following that same day, I got an email from "[email protected]" to fill out some information to move on to the next step of the interviewing process. The next day, I got a 15-minute phone interview call from an individual with a strong African accent who went by the name of "Lee Wade," who told me he was the hiring manager. During the interview, he would ask maybe like 3-5 regular interview questions. Towards the end of the call, he told me that I would definitely make a good fit for the remote administrative assistant role. He would then go over some company information, such as they are located in Hong Kong China and are stretching into the North American market. After that, he would tell me that they would follow up with me on some more information to get started and trained. The plan was that I would be working Monday through Friday from 9am-1pm. With a monthly payment of 2k. When I asked, "How would I receive my payment?" he would dodge the question and say, "We will discuss that later on. " He would then get into the topic of what to expect for the background check. He wanted me to send a pic of myself holding my driver's license to my face with a clear shot and email it to him. Finally, when I asked him about payment method he had threw an attitude and cursed me out and ended the call. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS company. Trafficmedia.io is a scam!

Am African woman named Sylvia Daniel reached out to me to offer me a part-time job. The pay was $2,500 per month. She sent me a link to apply for the job, did a short phone interview (she called from a Washington DC number) and I was hired in less than 24 hours.

She wanted a photo of my driver's license and me holding it but I refused.

I just want to add that the website Sylvia Daniel sent me to looks legit, but its actually a scam website copied from a legitimate website called First Page. First Page informed me that TrafficMedia stole their website and have been reported to Google.

I was phoned with a job offer and given a short phone interview which seemed suspicious right from the start. They did not ask for any personal information or ID yet. The next step was they emailed a short questionnaire asking about your hobbies, goals for the future and what you want in a job. The last step was an email saying candidacy approved and to fill out the employment agreement included in a link attached. This required sending a selfie holding your drivers license or other id against a sheet of paper with the current date on it. They also wanted a scanned copy of the driver license - both sides. They also wanted you to download, complete and print out the employment agreement, sign it and send it back to them with the 'best' picture quality possible.
