I inquired about a horse trailer on Craigslist and received a text from PHONE NUMBER directing me to the website for Trailblazer Trailers. The website appeared to be legit and offered horse trailers at an incredible price along with shipping. They only accepted wire payments but provided a lengthy contract and invoice that also appeared to be legit. Once I provided proof of payment they said the trailer was being processed for delivery. I requested several delivery updates with no response (they only communicate through email- no phone number which should have been a HUGE red flag.) I asked several times for someone to call me and have never received a call. When I mentioned a suspicion of fraud, they replied immediately with a delivery date. When the date arrived they pushed it to the following week. I continued to ask for updates with no reply. Once again I mentioned fraud and they told me the trailer was in a town 3 hours away and my address was next. 24 hours went by with no trailer delivery and no reply to the multiple emails I sent. At this time I believe my hard earned money is gone with nothing to show for it. If it's too good to be true, it is.

I saw an ad for a horse trailer near me in Carson City Nevada on Craigslist. I texted the number and in response I got a message back-

-Re: horse trailer. for stock availability, Info/Photos : https://equitrailblazer.us/

I looked up the website, choose a trailer I was interested in and filled out a form that I was interested.

The next day I received a phone call from a representative of the "company" asking if I could verify that I was the person that made the request and we talked about how they only took wire transfers because they had been scammed by credit card purchases in the past. They sent me a contract which I signed and returned and they send me the bank payment information to a Wells Fargo bank account.

I was hesitant and browsed their website again and showed it to my husband, but with the great price and my urgent need for the trailer I took the bait and paid.

They sent me a "tracking code" which only took me to a page on their website with some information about confirmed payment and that the trailer had left New York and was in Chicago.. it said that for over a week. The delivery date came and went, I emailed them and asked them to contact me and never heard from them again. I have left several emails with no response. I am out $5040.
