Rec'd email about training webinar in my field. Registered for webinar and charged to credit card. Never received login info. when confronted, trainingdoyens explained the webinar had to be rescheduled and that I "should have" received an email about that I did not receive email. I demanded refund. they refused. Rescheduled date occurred with no login information again. Do not use trainingdoyens.
