Ordered a travel suitcase via their website after seeing an Instagram ad back in June. They communicated there was a backlog and shipment would be Sept/Oct. In Oct I started asking more questions and was sent a tracking number from SFC global shipping (it showed the product was allegedly being shipped from China) and when I continued to ask more questions they stopped responding.
