Rapha web online scam shopping

As well as other cycling lovers I bought some Rapha cycling geer and before I double check the website, comments and methods of payment.. all coming from a website found in facebook...
And same things,, trucks number and a transportation web where I could check delivery...
Nothing never arrived and every time I mail them they keep saying same excuse... I report to my back insurance and trying to get the money back... been very careful.. the website is very well done...

As above. Ordered yoga mat on FB as was 40% discount. Spent €51.00. Received email confirming purchase with no detail of product. Clicked link to be directed to Tranquility Household...don't sell yoga mats! Contacted "customer services"...got response from [email protected] with some info about tracking etc. Fake tracking company "Track781". Contacted FB they removed the ad. The rest is history. Buyer beware of these scammers.

Another Rapha scam

I saw an advert on Facebook advertising upto 80% off Rapha cycling apparel. The website was showing lots of people looking and ordering and that these items were hot etc.

I ordered 3 items on the website on 5th August 2024 to which to date they have not arrived. I have since reported it to my bank who has now refunded me but they will be looking into it.

The website no longer works and I have not received any details about my order. I checked the status of my order after 10 days and it showed with courier. I checked again but the website has been taken down.

Won't do that again!

Rapha scam through Instagram add

This website (scyclesaleeur.shop) and mail ([email protected]) are scam. I bought some shorts from the shop and I haven't recieved it after a month. And I'm not gonna think, that I'm ever going to revieve it. They are responding with the same standart message every time you are writing to them.

I'm normally good at spotting scam adds, but they are really good at pretending to be professional and true.

Rapha Scam on Instagram

The company advertises on Instagram with the Rapha logo and visual identity. Cycling clothing is 80% off. The website appears genuine and emphasises reliability and safety.

Payment possible by credit card. Receipts with tranquilty of the biller. The credit card bill shows Traquilty Hoysehol as the biller.

The customer service at [email protected] will answer and request an order number.

If you go directly to the online address, it may look like another online store page. The address therefore contains several scam shops.
