Type of a scam Employment
I was informed that I had a 30 day probation period before being a permenant employee. I was also informed that my 1st paycheck would come after my 30 day probation period. After 30 days if they decide to keep me as a permanent employee I would then get paid biweekly through direct deposit. So I was super excited to get through my 30 day probation period to become a permanent employee.
I would receive 4 to 5 packages daily at home but I would RARELY get a package for pick up. In the morning I would have to log on https://trans-crm.com/ with my personal email and the password they gave me which is D09Samx8kF
When packages got delivered, the process was check them hoping there’s no damages and then report the condition of it. Take pictures of the boxes, stickers, and items then upload them online. Remove all of the labels and stickers while waiting on the new labels to get uploaded online. Once the new labels are uploaded, print and put them on the packages. Drop the packages off at the closest FedEx or UPS. Get the receipt to show proof that the packages were dropped off and then upload the receipt pictures online.
As time got closer to the end of my 30 days, I received an email from the Payroll Department [email protected] to confirm my mailing address that I would like my paper check mailed to. After informing Vickie from the Payroll Department of my mailing address, she informed me that I’ll receive the paper check within 10 business days. My 10th business day of waiting was Friday, June 9th 2023 and I never received anything.
It gets creepier and worse, I reached out to Camille the lady that I had the phone interview with at (323) 218-8516. The phone is disconnected and no longer in service. So I reached out to the number that Logan Walker from the HR has listed in her email [email protected] at (323) 218-7586. Her number was also disconnected and not in service, at that point I kind of got a really bad feeling.
So I thought let me log on the website that I had to log on to in the morning and chat message my trainer. When I try to log in the website says “System under maintenance (#32000)
The database is currently offline and will be accessible on 06/11/2023”. So I would wait until that date and try to log in again but the date will continue to change adding 3 more days. So I knew then I got scammed for my 1st time and man it gives me a icky nasty feeling.
