The shipper provided tracking information and then proceeded to email and call me about needing to purchase a pet crate to be able to ship. I paid this, the shipper said the puppy “missed the flight” that day and would be on one in the morning. The next morning I got an update from shipper that the puppy is on the plane and is en route. I then get an email and phone call from the shipper that I need to purchase a “cite permit” so the puppy can be accepted into Nevada through their customs. If I did not pay this the puppy would be impounded or I would be charged with illegal animal smuggling.

I should have known when i was told that my account didn't send the money fast enough via zelle and they asked me to send the 1500 refundable shipping fee via pre paid credit cards. funny how they asked for only the vanilla ones or the american express gift card. I believe the breeder might have been involved with this as they claimed to have worked with them in the past and they are shocked at how they aren't returning there money.

Consumer was buying a dog found at www.bulldogfrenchies.com and wired $570 via money gram to address in Maryland. They man then text her that she needed to send an additional 1500 for flight insurance through Transfreight. He sent a video of him with dog at airport. Phone numbers of contact are 443-720-2725 or 667-803-0103. She filed a police report. The address lead authorities to an elderly woman's residence in Maryland who claims to know nothing of the dog or the money gram.
