I hired this company to move from PA to TX. The binding contract was $3400.00. After loading the truck I was given a price of $7000.00. I was told delivery would be 4-5 days. My belongings arrived mid-February. Many items were damaged/destroyed. I filed a claim report, and was told it would take up to 120 days. Well, 120 days later I attempted to contact the company. the emails are being returned as undeliverable, and nobody answers the phone.

While looking online to find a moving company to move us across the country, we found a company called "Trans World Van Lines" which is said to be located in Englewood, CO. After giving a deposit which could only be taken of of a debit, we were confused as to why our moving date changed multiple times. We finally came into contact with a different company, this one is called Transworld Van lines located in florida. This company is the real company and the original one we contacted took over their name and just put a space in between "trans" and "world" to be able to have a well known moving companies name. We spoke with the one based in Florida and were told that this so called "Trans world van lines" in colorado is actually a scam and they get phone calls multiple times a day with people reporting that someone is using their company name and scamming people in a move. Luckily we found out before the picked up our stuff and never saw it again, sadly they have our large deposit. We contacted the police in Englewood CO and were told that they get calls about this company frequently and even asked if we gave them our stuff because if we did they wouldn't give it back. This company will move you for a great price, take your money, then keep all your items and you'll never hear from them again. We are currently trying to figure out a way to get our money back but this is for anyone who's thinking of using the Trans world van lines located in Colorado, DON'T DO IT, ITS A SCAM, SAVE YOURSELF AND YOU ITEMS AND YOUR MONEY.
