I left an enquiry to buy Skincare serums on https://www.ec21.com/ on Mar 20, 13 2023. A person with Nigerian accent sent WA message the next day pretending to be seller of those products. He sent me pictures of products and of a warehouse, that made me think he was a legit businessman. He told his name John Martin. We settled the rates and I placed him order for the products and I zelled him $300 on an email he provided. He provided me invoice and tracking of some shipping company https://atlanticexdelservice.com/welcome/. But later I figured that this tracking site was also fake and a tool of his scam. A day later he called me and asked me to Zelle him more money to Pay for VAT. I asked him to provide me reference of the tax authority so I could pay tax myself directly. But he insisted to send money to him. Actually there was no tax supposed to be paid for shipping from Arizona to Washington. So this scammer actually never sent me merchandise and never refunded my $300. I have his chat saved with references of emails he provided. I can cooperate with authorities if they want investigate this scammer.

Bought 100 units of product from them worth $220. They messed up the order and ended up telling their warehouse to put 1,000 units on the order. They insisted I paid an additional 2,000 for their mistake claiming the order could not be stopped. I refused to pay and instead I agreed to pay 500. they sent the order. Then on the day of delivery they said I needed to pay $800 for tax and vat and they were going to hold my order until I paid. None of this was disclosed ahead of time. Now they will not give me my original payment back.
