I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent interaction regarding my purchase of the smart sunglasses from Transbud. Initially, I was excited to receive the product based on the positive reviews I had seen. However, upon receiving the sunglasses, I was disappointed to find that they did not match the quality or specifications advertised. Instead, they appeared to be low-quality glasses that are commonly found at discount stores. The offer of a partial refund, 30% and then 50%. I must reiterate that the item does not match what was promised, nor does it meet acceptable quality standards for the amount I paid. I was told to obtain a full refund, I am required to return the item to a specified address in China. However, I would like to clarify a few important points that were made:

1. **Return Shipping Costs**: The company would not cover the return shipping costs to China, considering the issue is with the received item?

2. **Risk of Loss**: They mentioned that if the package is lost during return shipping, the company will not issue a refund.

3. **Full Refund **: A full refund will be processed as soon as the item is received at the designated return address which could take months.

Given the situation, I believe a full refund is justified as the product I received was not as described.

They advertise multi-functional sunglasses and then instead send cheap hard plastic ones…they offer 30% refund and require buyer to return to China for refund.
