These ppl send you information that seems legitimate to complete as a form of employment with a W2/W4 form and handbook telling you about how payment will be made for work. They were sending packages to my home collecting packages at different location and shipping out to different address for over a month and when I’m to be compensated for the work time snd gas no payment. The emails no longer work the calls no longer get answered and in some cases blocked. The manager Tim Shawnee called me from a number I called it he answered and said his new name which was Frankie when I approached him about the money he hung up and blocked my number. Ernie fox and Nia M also a Helen does not answer and Ernie fox has blocked my number as well. I have several addresses that labels were shipped the dash board everything and also I was now blocked out of the dashboard. They have my social my bank account info they have my address they have a photo of myself and copy of my passport.

I contacted this company through Indeed. It was a work from home job where they would ship me various different items (clothes, electronics, personal care items, food. etc) and would take pictures of the item, ship the items to different people, and would receive a bonus. I was supposed to get paid on Monday 6/12/23 but did not receive the funds. I contacted two people who are supervisors with the company and was told there was a mix-up but they would straighten out.

I was on website applying for remote jobs in May. Christop Chaves contacts me to set up an interview. We do the interview over the phone. He then sends me a welcome email with his contact information on May 3rd. He also sent me my employment contract on May 3rd. I received an email with all the shipping mangers names and email address and phone numbers. On May 5th I received my login information and my w-4 information package. I received an email from Feliz.Sharp the manager for the shipping department with his contact information direct phone number. He also sent me the orientation and training videos before me getting started. Other than himself he sent me other contact information on other shipping managers which I have spoken to Amber Dane a couple of times. On May 8th was when I received my first package I did everything that was asked took it to FEDEX to ship it to the customer. May 19th, I got my 2nd package followed all instruction again. May 20th, I was supposed to have received another package it went to the wrong zip code, so I did not receive that one. May 22nd, I was supposed to have received a package it didn't happen. Then I received a email telling me that a date was set up for me to get paid, June 9th and It would take12-48 hours for me to get paid. On June 6th I received 2 emails saying that I was supposed to receive 2 packages which I never received. On June 9th was the last time that I was able to login to the portal. I have been calling them and emailing them and has not gotten any responds to this day. I just want to know what happen to my pay that they promised me? For my time that I had sent aside to be a part of that company. What am I supposed to do at this point? I have all my document from them as well.

I was contacted by Pearlie White on 05/01/2023 to become a parcel specialist. We spoke on the phone and she also sent a couple emails. I was advised to fill out the W-4 form for taxes. I was advised base salary of $2800 and bonus per package. I was also advised I would be paid on or around 06/08/2023. They state it is first payment after a month and then every 2 weeks. I went on my dashboard the morning of the 8th and was locked out. I have been contacting them about my pay and being unable to access the dashboard and no one has returned my several emails and calls. I completed my end at the tune of 440 in bonus alone and would like to receive compensation for my time and travel. I have saved all my emails , receipts, as well as the letters I needed to show to pick up packages for others. I spoke to at least 4 people on the phone during this time. Now no response. I just want to provide for my family, not mess anyone over . I need HELP!

This is Amber Dane, one of your supervisors from TRANSCOAST CARGO. I’m just sending this message to welcome you to the Team officially!

Here's the guidelines for your reference.

GUIDELINES:

1. LOGIN to your dash 3 times everyday. This will provide you update in your dash Login once in the morning, on or before 9 AM your time and it will serve as your clock in/ attendance. (I AM NO LONGER ABLE TO LOGIN TO THE PORTAL WHICH SHOWS MY PAY DATE AND ALL OTHER INFO)

2. Click TASK ACCEPTED if you see tasks available in your dash. That means that you seen the task and you are ready to accept it.

3. Click RECEIVED once the pack is on hand and upload the item picture and invoice if available. The photo must clearly show the model/ item and number of items received, if more than 1.

- The pack is on a carriers box/ brown box, open the box and check if there is a manufacturer box inside. Look on all of the sides for the model number. Do not open the manufacturer box, we do not want to void the warranty.

- Pack received in an envelope/ pouch. You can open the pack using a scissors. cut the top most part and take a picture showing the item and post it in your dash. You can re use the same envelope/ pouch and seal it with a clear tape.

- If the pack has more than 1 item, make sure to take a picture showing the model and all items in 1 picture.

The portal can only have 1 item each. 1 for the item picture, 1 for the invoice and 1 for the receipt.

4. Click REQUEST FOR POSTAGE LABEL and wait for the outgoing shipping label that will be generated on your dash. Please take note that you need to use the outgoing shipping label that is provided on your dash.

5. Print the outgoing shipping label that is posted on your dash using a regular printer and a regular white paper. The label will provide the information about where to drop off the pack weather its for FedEx, UPS or USPS.

6. Do not use the shipping label that comes inside the pack. Please disregard because that is a return label. Always check our dash for the shipping label to make sure that you used the correct outgoing label for the pack to avoid issues and penalties.

7. Remove the old label, stickers using a blow dry and attach the outgoing shipping label on your pack. Put a clear tape on all of the sides of the label and send the pack.

8. Please find the closest UPS, FedEx and USPS drop-off locations and use these locations to ship out the packages. If it's unreasonably far away, you can use third party locations like Office Depot, Staples, Walmart and Dollar General. Never send a pack to a store wherein they don't provide receipt.

9. Upload the receipt on your dash and click SENT on the status.

10. We also have a VIP pack, it will require you to go to out pick up partner location. It will be posted on your dashboard and you will normally receive a call, email or message once it is available for pick up. Once the pack is on hand, you need to bring it home to process it in your dash.

If you have questions, please call me at ?(478) 249-7703 or send me an email if that is more convenient.

I was contacted about this Job. They informed me I would have to buy my printer and all and later be reimbursed for it. Seemed simple especially with having no child care and having to be home with kids but later when I didn’t receive my check I was told it was a scam. These people have my personal information!! Anything could happen!

I fell for an employment scam. I was looking for a job. And had put in a lot of applications. A company reached out to me for an interview. They called the company Trans Coast Express. They said their headquarters was in Georgia. 2525 Pio Nono Ave #3, Macon, GA, 31206. I looked them up on the web. They had a very good webpage, a warehouse, several other branches. It look like a real company. So I accepted a job with them and filled out a W4 form with all my information. I was given three supervisors to contact. Manager:

Felix Sharp [email protected]/ (478) 249-7701

Supervisor:

Chef Linwood [email protected] (478) 249-7702

Supervisor:

Amber Dane [email protected] (478) 249-7703

And a dashboard to work from. They would then start sending me packages to inspect and reship. One during week one of employment and two during week three.

A friend warned me yesterday that this was most likely a scam. I then researched and found videos on TikTok by others who had fallen for this scam and this company. I also looked this company up on ScamPulse.com and found an F rating. I immediately placed an alert on my credit. Then started submitting these reports.

I was contacted by a multitude of different emails from "Transcoast Cargo" saying they had an open availability at their company for Parcel Specialist. I accepted the position and have been sent packages and relabelling them and sending them back out. After speaking to some of the companies they supposedly work with, I believe this job is a scam and the "manager" is now threatening actions and harassing me.

- El Paso, TX, USA

I found the job on Indeed. I received a call talking about weekly pay of 700.00 from a Asian person that emailed me a agreement contract from Jill Washington in the HR department. I was also told to send my state Id but since I have complied with the request I have several alters about a business account being opened in my name, paypal accounts, Bitcoin in my name. I was also instructed to make a profile account on their website in order to access the dashboard for orders but know I can not delete the account, they also had me send my state ID but I also had to send a picture of myself holding my ID.

They send products to you in your name and wants you to replace it with their labels and ship them to wherever

- Savannah, GA, USA

I was interviewed and hired, provided with onboarding videos, asked for personal information. When I tried reaching out to find out other information, the call wouldn’t go through. I tried reaching out via email and no one returned my emails.

- Bronx, NY, USA

I was contacted by Annette Wilson offering a job as a Parcel Specialist.

$700 a week plus $30 bonus per package. $4000 monthly income. I never applied for their company directly so they must've been using a fake name on indeed.com

- Fort Worth, TX, USA

I was contacted by a company called Transcoast Express (dba Transcoast Cargo through email about a Parcel Specialist position. The job would be a work from home position where I would be receiving products/goods, inspecting the products and shipping them to the "customers". I spoke with someone from the "HR" department over the phone about the job description and requirements. I was told that I would be a great fit for the job and all I had to do was send my Identification and account information for compensation. I started receiving packages on 04/19/2023. They sent me a "test" product and had me upload a photo of the product and then I had to wait for the so called management team to send me the shipping label through the shipping portal. Once I received it I was told to replace the old shipping label with the new one and ship it back out through the shipping courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Since then, I have received 3 other packages. I have tried reaching the HR Department but can't get a response. Every time I call the "Supervisor" number it goes straight to voicemail.
