This transportation service was supposedly contracted to transport a Rooster. Initially they requested a refundable insurance of $360 which I paid and I received a tracking number and a website to track from the sender of the Rooster not from the company transporting. The transportation company never contacted me to let me know the shipment was registered. After I checked and noticed the Rooster was in the UK I became suspicious and concerned. I contacted the number on the original email asking for the insurance deposit. They said it was a clerical error that was corrected. This was through text to that number. I asked for a number to call and speak to a person with no result. They said it was taken care of. I asked the location of my package so I can just go pick it up since Oklahoma was not that far. They said to hold tight. Then I received another email saying the package (rooster) was on hold because it was not in the correct type of cage. That I could rent a correct cage for $500 or buy one for $1000. I told them why was I not told a day ago when the package was registered. Why did they wait an entire day to let me know and only after I reached out to them. I told them it sounded like a scam and they became defensive and told me to watch my words. After that the sender of the rooster contacted me and said to calm down and just do as they say. I then realized it was all a scam from the original seller of the rooster using this transportation system which was a fake. Troy Farms was the seller on Facebook. It is a scam! I ended up sending him $400 for the Rooster and $360 for the insurance and they still wanted me to send more. I told them in the end to keep the animal and Karma was coming for them. STAY away from Troy Farms and Transglobal mail delivery!
