Statement:
I lost my job from the Pandemic and finally I found a temp job but since this is a temp position I put out my resume out there for a permanent position. I was contacted by Transpoint FL Freight Line Co. (Website: https://transpointfl.com/) regarding my resume and notified me about the open opportunity at their company. The position is Project Manager. I've been interviewed by 3 different people, two from NY and one from an international number which is Switzerland, a lady with a swiss accent. I was told that my interview went well with them so they are proceeding with the training before hiring me officially. I was given a contract for Pre-employment (attached) My training will last 1 Month and will be paid for $5,200 and if I pass all the training and tests I will be offered a permanent position. Part of the training is to have a "Special Project" According to the manager Michael Wolf the special project is buying office equipment specifically high end MacBook Pros for setting up new offices. I was told to use my credit card which is why I'm very reluctant and questioned why I cannot use the company credit card? I was told that I'm not a permanent employee yet so I cannot access a company credit card until I become one but what they could do is to give me an account number of their corporate account paid off all my credit cards when it is cleared I will use the money to buy the Purchase Order that was provided to me (attached). I bought a total of 7 laptops and sent 4 to Hong Kong as instructed to a company name:

After I finished my training by this time (over a month) I already gave two weeks notice to my temp job and left as I transitioned to Transpoint FL Freight Co. I took 4 written tests and passed but I still did not receive a payment for my training for $5,200 as promised. I was told that I got the job and my salary is $92,000 annually plus the bonus. I started to pursue my training compensation with them. I was told that since I did not receive it in mail I was offered for direct deposit on my account this is where they got my bank account number. Anyway, after almost a month the payments that were made to all my credit cards all have been reversed with the total amount of $10,200 and the MacBooks are already sent to these people. I end up having all these credit card payments and without a job. I also lost about $6,000 cash.

The solution that I'm seeking is to get my money back. I tried to contact all these people and they are not answering phones or emails. I wanted to expose the company and the people so that they could not find another victim again especially in this time of the Pandemic it is hard to lose money and especially a job.
