This is a shuttle company that takes people to Disneyland and back to John Wayne Airport. Within their rules there are various fees if the passengers are late, but it also stipulates that the shuttle can be late and NOT EVEN SHOW UP, and the passenger does not receive a refund. My wife and daughter were waiting for a shuttle at Disneyland to get to their flight, and the shuttle never showed up. As more and more people came and go, several people asked them who their shuttle was with, and when she mentioned 24-7, multiple people informed her that they usually don't show up, so it apparently is a known problem. They eventually had to hire an Uber to get to the airport and missed their flight. The scam is they have their agreement worded to indemnify them of any responsibility if they simply don't show up. There is nothing the customer can do, but find an alternate solution. So on top of the $58 loss, she also had to pay $50 for an Uber and then pay fees to book a different flight. The money is only a secondary issue, the main thing is this is a known issue with this company and it is costing all kinds of people time and money in dealing with them. The public needs to know what they are getting into when they do business with this company...they have no obligation to show up and fulfill their service, and the customer has no recourse. The typical person is not an attorney and is not going to go through the contract with a fine toothed comb and have it reviewed by an attorney. Not wanting them shut down, just need to either let the public know they are dealing with a predatory service, or force the company to be forthcoming in clear language that they are not required to fulfill their service and the customer has no recourse.

I booked for and paid for transportation to be picked up at the Hyatt regency at 4:00pm to go to LAX for a international flight, the driver did not arrive so I called 24-7 ride only to be told my car had been cancelled due to no driver , they didn't contact me I was waiting for 20 min then i finely got to speak to a agent , I was in a panic as i had to get to LAX for my flight back to the UK I've asked for a refund which I've not received this event took place on the 26th march 2024 ,after doing some reach search this company has done this 247 times its clearly a scam they send fake bookings then keep you're money this is unfair and is causing stress not only to myself but to other victims that make bookings with them
