A few months ago, I ordered three credit reports from this Transunion, and they added a monitoring my credit, which I did not want. I was checking my credit for any fraud. There was an address and name on my report name Christopher Wells, which I told a representative by phone about this issue with Transunion. I do not know a Christopher Wells. Transunion did not remove Mr. Well’s name and address off my credit report. I could not get into my amazon account a few months ago too, and when I did get into my amazon account, it had a business address on it, that I never used on my Amazon account. So, I made a police report about my amazon account. I was able to put a freeze on my Experian, and Equifax credit reports at the time this happened, but Transunion did not allow me too. My driver’s license was mail to a business address in July 2021. when I tried to update my new address in July 2021, which I did not receive yet. I made a police report about this incident too, since I have not received it. I called this Transunion number today, and the computer asked for my whole social security number, birthdate, and street number address. When I added my Birthday SS#, and street number, its automatic voice asked me did I want my credit monitor, and I decline by pushing the button two for no. Then at the end of this call it stated, "A credit Report is being sent to you." I did not even request a credit report. I wanted to request a freeze on my Transunion credit, and make sure that Christopher Wells was not on my report. This Transunion stated they were going to send me a code number to verify it was me today so I can log it to my account. I did not receive the code number as they said they will send it, through the email Transunion have on my account. I have two police reports from before and another incident with an old credit card that I closed when I paid my bill in full. I am not sure if anyone took money unless I see my three updated credit reports, which I do not have money for at this time. So, I will check no below because it does not have an unsure button to press on.
