The site offers a credit report, upon clicking and filling out standard information like name, address, phone, last 4 of SS, then switches over to a page where it asks to verify identity by providing a credit card. There are no any kind of totals, subtotals displayed or "click/submit" to confirm your payment in the amount of pages that would make you aware you are purchasing something. When you send your information you get access to a standard report that is available for free on credit karma. Soon you receive and email about a credit card charge in the amount of 24.95 that they say they will charge monthly for "monitoring" my credit. This is a typical scam by creating a specific visual web design and a set of sequence web pages to trick people into signing up for a very pricey monthly service.
