Since the Transworld Inc lady would not provide me with any information about 4Change Energy, I immediately googled the company right away and called the phone number I found of 855-784-2426. I spoke with customer service rep Yalissa and explained the call I just received from Transworld Inc. Yalissa couldn't help me since I had very little information to provide her (no account number nor service address), but she did give me with their email address ([email protected]) and told me to put my experience in writing and attach my current City of Denton utility bill, which I did. I also included page 1 of my lease contract showing I've been at the same rental house in Denton, TX since March 15, 2009.
On May 17, 2024, I received an email response from Diane Orozco with 4Change Energy and an attached identity theft document to complete and return. She also instructed me to make an identify theft police report, which I did online with the City of Denton police department. However, I did not complete the identity theft form she wanted me to return to her since I was to include my SS#, DOB, Driver's License #, etc. No one could give me any information about this situation and so I did not feel comfortable about giving them my personal information. I felt like this was all a big scam from the beginning.
I replied to Diane Orozco's email with my identity theft police report submission and asked her to please call me or email respond as soon as possible, and as of today's date (May 29, 2024), I still have not heard back from her nor anyone at 4Change Energy or Transworld Inc.
Now I am receiving phishing text messages, and on May 22, 2024 I received an email notification from McAfee that they found my information on the dark web.
I ask that you please investigate Transworld Inc (866-858-6729) and 4Change Energy (855-784-2426) to see if they are real companies since I believe I've been compromised by them. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer me.
