I bought car parts from Facebook Marketplace and an individual claiming to be Robertson Miller. He claims to have shipped the parts through TransXlogisticExpress with a web site and tracking number provided. I then get a call from TransXlogisticExpress to check my text, which stated they wanted $220 for a refundable insurance policy. They wanted it sent via PayPal by friend or family to ([email protected]) which I did. Two days later I get another call to check my text that stated they wanted another $310 for a city permit that was refundable. I then was texting back and forth more than 20 times arguing the rates explaining this was unethical business practices. I never got my parts and was out an additional $250 from the seller for the initial product.
