Money taken. Email sent indicating order number. Items never shipped/delivered (site linked to email says "not shipped"). Filed a complaint with American Express, they contacted the site and were told (with a document) a second item was shipped and delivered, power, this is not true, it was not delivered. This company appears to have crafted a totally authentic looking website with link to Facebook and also appears to be able to mimic the USPS as the tracking number given did lead to a statement that the item was delivered.

Facebook ad, paid with AMEX and they are taking care of the charge so I haven’t lost money. Website on FB was very well-done and professional.

My experience was exactly the same as the one the previous person described. I was scrolling on Instagram and I saw the ad for HOKAs that were 75% off. It was too good to be true but the website looked real and since it is near Christmas I figured maybe there was one of those big flash sales going on. I clicked on a pair and purchased them. Then I ran over to a friend who had wanted to buy some and told her about it. She went on the website and said she couldn't find the sale. That's when I realized that the confirmation email I received was from a gmail account and I realized that I had put a lot of information in the system to buy the shoes. I froze my credit card but I'm sure my information is circulating everywhere as I write this.
