I purchased a product through Travall.com for a dog gate bundle for the back of my vehicle. It was shipped to the wrong address, they shipped me two of them, charged me for two of them despite me only ordering one of them. When I contacted the company via [email protected], they showed me that there were two orders placed, one with an email address that wasn't even mine. My credit card was charge, and paypal was charged. I never received the entire product, it was shipped in parts, but the divider portion of it was never sent to me, and UPS says its "lost in transit" The company told me to ship it back to them for a refund, I was told it would be $150 to ship it back, when I went to the post office to ship it, the post master told me that the address I was given does not show up in their system. This company scammed me out of $1088 dollars in total~ $544 for each product that I never even fully received.
