Caller called from 561-807-7147 stating they were a company called Travel 1. and that we owed money for a vacation we never used. This was not the correct travel agent company we use and they did not have the appropriate account passcode. when we called the number back it went straight to VM where you could hear a Travel 1 Rep speaking to another person about their account. After we called repeatedly we got a very rude rep on the phone asking who we were and why we were calling.
