We went back in to cancel, and they would not allow us to because they said we "activated" our account by accepting a free lunch given to us by them, at a restaurant owned by the company. YOLO Rainforeat cafe. This was never mentioned to us. Marco Veth then came in and tried to offer us a discount of 3000 dollars to stay with the group. This even further proves my point. He then refused to give me anyone else's name or number to contact above him. We were members less than 24 hrs. We used zero benefits and were not told that them giving us 100.00 for lunch "activates" your account. Today, they refused to honor the contract, even though canceled.in writing and we offered to pay the written fees disclosed for cancelation. Marco refused, offered zero resolution, and simply said, you'll have to fight it out with the credit card company, but you'll lose. This company is fraudulent
. Ive read other reviews on a complaints forum stating the same thing. I would like a resolution and to prevent this company from doing this to others.
