this individual is falsifying details online to pretend they are a traveling agent. they take individuals money under the guise of them finding cheaper vacations but rather they pocket the money and lie about prices. they have no credentials or any experience in the field. they are a fake page promoting a fake business on an instagram taking innocent people’s money. @promising_travels_ on instagram. the “company” is operating unlicensed and lacks the proper educational background to “sell” vacation packages

This person posed as a travel agent, I wanted to plan a trip to Jamaica for my family. Sent information for hotel and package pricing, asked for credit card payment to reserve the plane tickets then the itinerary would follow. Form sent for my credit care information was from TravelJoy. My Amex card was charged for 2 tickets @ $676.77 but under individuals not in my household, never received the information requested by email and calls were not returned. Sent last email on Aug 4th to cancel any and all reservations in my name.
