I purchased tickets the end of January for myself and my daughter I now know that they emailed me on the same day that I purchased the tickets. However the day before my flight they called me and said that I had to pay the $203 that day because my Flight was on hold, and I would not be able to fly because that 203 got kicked back at the same time. My bank was calling me telling me that there was a fraud alert, trying to come through for that amount from a business called air ticket. Upon looking at the email and speaking with frontier airlines, I realize that it was a scam and I did not pay money however, someone else who wouldn’t have known to look through all those extremes would’ve done self. These people had my whole itinerary my address, my phone number, my email address, my daughters name, my name, and our birth dates. This is not safe and I’m very concerned. I’m now being told by frontier airlines that I made my reservation with a travel agency name Adam travel that is incorrect.
