She also noted snottily that she had spent more time than allowed trying to help me.
I also attempted 2x, emails bouncing back as undeliverable
Again called concierge, 800.407.6098, Becky assisted with another call to 954.368.2113 also leaving a vm. Becky also tried email address [email protected], also getting not deliverable.
We then both tried travel dudez web site getting a blank page
I also texted 561.404.1462 which is Concierge text. This works as well as Concierge 800.407.6098 without wait time

8 Day & 7 Night Stay 2 bdr $100 resort credit, 8 day 7 night cruise flex, 4 day and 3 night stay, 5 day and 4 night ALL inclusive trip, 3 days and 2 nights bonus trip x 2.
Within 4 days of ordering, I did due diligence and researched travel destinations. There was no way to see locations/room or reviews so I requested a refund. Well within the 30 days requirement. The representatives accepted my request and said it was "being processed". Well I have heard this now for 4 months. I received $225 refund after 2 months. The last part of the refund is now being denied because I am outside of the 30 days now. After waiting 4 months. I have documented 25+ phone calls and text messages with attempts of trying to recover my money. Today I received a text saying our refund is being processed only to have phone calls with them hanging up on me multiple times. The managers/owners hang up on you repeatedly, are very rude and unprofessional. Today I was accused of "harassing them". Funny... swing as though they are holding my money. They will be hearing from my lawyer next. BEWARE!
