Just received a call from a local # 818-884-2415 from Travel Showcase offering me 2 free roundtrip tickets anywhere in the US. They said no out of pocket costs (ha!) if I sat through a 1.5 hr presentation. Nope

American Tourism Show 2023

We got a letter inviting us to attend this tourism show.
In exchange for us attending, we were to receive 2 free round trip tickets and 2 nights in a hotel plus $100 dinner voucher.

The voucher is useless. No one take it and it's not even accepted anywhere we would want to eat. If you want to take advantage of the flight, you have to give them $350 for taxes and deposit and you can only fly during the weekday, Monday through Wednesday.
