When i tried calling different phone #'s, they all kept sending me to another phone # - and then when i tried to call them back, a recording came on and said "we are not accepting calls from your area" !!! so i tried to call from a landline phone, and got thru (so they blocked my cell phone#) and the lady gave me the same # to call that i'd already called - so i hung up, and tried to call that lady back from the landline phone, and guess what....a recording came on and said "not accepting calls from your location"

4) Or...if we don't like flying, they'll offer a free 7-day cruise to the Caribbean (value of at least $1,250).
5) They'll offer $150 in gas coupons to the first 50 callers who reach out to them about this offer.
They say they've made several attempts to reach me and were beginning to wonder if they had the right contact information. Time is running out and if they don't hear from me they'll award these travel vouchers to an alternate. They provide a number to call between the h ours of 9 AM and 9 PM on weekdays and between 9 AM and 4 PM on Saturday. They provided me with a claim number and "Sheila Logan" signed the letter as the "Promotional Travel Specialist." No listed address, email, or date/time for the alleged Travel Seminar.
My wife and I took the bait on one of these when we lived in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area back around 2013. It was nothing more than a thinly-veiled effort to gain all of our personally identifiable information and to strong-arm us into making a significant down payment to buy into their wonderful program. They brought out a succession of "higher level" types when it appeared that we were about to walk on them. Some of them looked pretty rough and it was a very uncomfortable situation when it became apparent that we suspected their criminal activity. None of the gas cards they gave us worked, and the meal vouchers we walked away with were similarly deficient. It was an embarrassing and frustrating waste of our time and I have always wished that I would have been able to do more to identify them to authorities at the time.
