Thank you for allowing me to explain my problem. As a job seeker who is looking for a better opportunity, I came across emails for cruise jobs, I applied for the job and I got a response with several questions I answered them and got a congratulatory message saying I passed the interview and I got an offer stating the day which I should start and as an international candidate, I was advised to contact Safe Travels to process my traveling documents. I took a step further to reach out to people who are working for Holland America Line through LinkedIn to verify only to find out that the email address that was being used to communicate with me was not genuine but it was too late because as someone who was fascinated with the offer I quickly deposit $222 for the traveling documents. When I discovered that the email being used was not legitimate, I kindly asked Catherine Harris from Safe Travel to send back my money but she is no longer responding, I suspect they might work hand in hand with the scammer who is using the wrong email.
