I searched for a flight from Jacksonville, FL to Rochester, NY, and this website supposedly booked it for me, however, once I entered my card information, it told me that they were working on my booking but it did not give me any booking number or anything, so I called them; once I got a representative on the line, which was not easy because they kept hanging up on me, I spoke to a very rude representative who refused to give me any booking number, or any certification number, nothing for me to have proof or confirm that I actually had a flight, and now the charge for the flight is pending on my card, which I actually got from Affirm
