We were online looking for cheap flights and they popped up. I talked to a max and Percy. I told them when and where I was trying to travel. They said they could beat the prices we found with Aligent. We paid with a card but our flights got canceled because of the pandemic. They said I had a year to use the flight credit and now I can't reach anyone to get my credits or money. I've asked them over and over again to give me access to my credits so I can books as I please or refund my money. Now the sight, numbers or emails work and I'm out of 1200.00
