The bag was advertised on Pinterest. The website provided a purchase order number and tracking information on Sunyou. Customer service claims they cannot refund and the shipment has occurred but it has been over 10 days and the status on the tracking website has not changed. I requested a refund and the "company" said they could not as it shipped and I could refund it once I received it. I reported the scam to Pinterest. I also asked if my credit card could refund the 99 through my theft protection plan.
