Contracted with this company who said they could get us out of our timeshare. They did get us out of one timeshare, but failed to get us out of a second timeshare. after several months, they stopped excepting phone calls. I tried several times to contact them, spoke with someone, but never heard back. It’s been over one year since the payment was made, and we still have our timeshare. they are no longer answering the phone.
