Called me offered $ 32520 for a timeshare we paid $25000 for. They sent a letter of intent and kept calling urgently to get it signed. Then asked for copies of our agreement, then sent a trust document to be signed and sent back. Calling repeatedly to ask for the signed document. Got suspicious when the trust document stated i would be a co-owner oft he trust along with harvest group. If i am selling my timeshare to someone else, there is no reason for the real estate company to be on my trust.
